I am a true native of Maine. My family has lived in the Rockland area for almost two hundred years. From my family and the past, I have inherited the same entrepreneurial and motivated need for success and commitment to the community that has made the Maine Midcoast a great place to live and work. I have over 25 years of work in several family businesses as well as many years in sales and marketing. I’m certainly familiar with the area and the people who live here, as well as the areas that make up the Midcoast and central Maine.
I own Shoreline Home Sales, a modular home sales company in Thomaston. I felt that real estate would be a perfect complement to support my modular business. I work with people every day who are looking to buy or build a new home. A lot of people I talk to need to sell a house before they can build a new house. There are so many variables in buying or building a new home and I want to be able to help people in the way that they need to.
My background in the modular home industry has given me a unique perspective on buying, selling properties or even building. I appreciate people! Everyone who walks through the door or contacts me is unique. Everyone needs something different. I see each buy or sell situation as its own puzzle, so to speak. I help the client through what can seem like a stressful process to piece this puzzle together, make it easier for my clients, and take the tension out of the process as much as possible.
Selling, buying, or building a new home is a huge decision, and customers need to know they can have someone they can trust to guide them. I’m just that person! I would love to talk to you about selling your home or property, or buying a new home. If you are thinking of building a new home, I can help you find the perfect property and plan the perfect home for you.
I live in Thomaston with my son Andy. I enjoy time with my family, cooking, tennis, skiing, camping, water sports, and have even been heard from afar on a karaoke machine!
